Harari on Global Pandemics

Harari, an advocate of globalism, understimates the extent to which BORDERS and LAWS  (implemented by separate states) may help to set barriers to the sudden spread of the disease, and bring the crisis to a more manageable ratio of contagion.  You can look to global institutions for guidance, but not for actual implementation of containment measures.  And for people in groups at risk, these may provide all the difference between life and death.
