ACODAP denuncia la Mafia de Mena
Nota de Prensa de ACODAP
Las complicidades de Margarita Robles con el ex fiscal Mena en el crimen de Estado más grave de la democracia española
Robles, actual ministra de Defensa con Pedro Sánchez, tendría monitorizado el canal de YouTube de Santiago Royuela Samit a través del CNI. Por medio de este imprescindible canal son compartidas todas las entregas del conocido expediente. A raíz de conocerse tan exhaustivo e inexplicable control estatal, más de 200 suscriptores asustados se han dado de baja.
Los documentos del “expediente Royuela” describen la existencia de una oscura organización perfectamente definida y controlada por el ex fiscal de Cataluña apellidado Mena. “Controlada” significa que no dejaba nada al azar, desde la cúspide hasta las bases, participando en todo ello personajes de los cuerpos de seguridad del Estado así como laboratorio forense y policía científica. De este modo conseguía la abstención de esos cuerpos en las investigaciones de los asesinatos, dejando ocultas las causas.
La mencionada ministra aparece en los documentos, como una pieza más, junto al ex fiscal Villarejo y el ex ministro Belloch, que estarían proporcionando cobertura a Mena. Se trataría de una organización criminal, de acuerdo con la querella que se presentará en breve. En base a esta querella el CNI no tendrá más opción que actuar en consecuencia. Lo mismo deberán hacer el ministerio de Interior, el de Defensa, así como el presidente del Gobierno y el Rey.
En la querella interpuesta en 2006 se describe como Mena enviaba cartas a magistrados de la sala del Supremo intentando chantajearles. El sujeto estaría en contacto con el ex fiscal Cándido Conde Pumpido con el que se comunicaba para denigrar la imagen de Alberto Royuela con notas falsas que él mismo escribía.
A continuación se describen diversas entregas del expediente:
El ex ministro del PSOE Mariano Fernández Bermejo, habría encargado 59 asesinatos al fiscal Mena. En los documentos aparece la firma de dicho ministro y se aportan peritaciones avaladas por prestigiosos calígrafos de España, Francia y Austria.
Otro caso implicaría a la cúpula del PSOE, ordenando asesinar al periodista Keipo Gonzálo Espino. Al parecer poseía mucha información que no les interesaba que viera la luz.
En la querella de 2006 se describe como Mena escribía cartas a magistrados de la sala del Supremo intentando chantajearles. Se comunicaba mucho con el fiscal Cándido Conde Pumpido buscando desprestigiar la imagen de Alberto Royuela, hasta tal punto de escribir notas de su puño y letra que le hacía llegar a través de su “cartero”. Ambos fiscales mantendrían conversaciones para buscar cualquier artimaña, pues la sala del Supremo continuaba con la investigación de dicha querella y necesitaban neutralizarla.
Consecuentemente, la sala que archiva la querella de 2006 es la segunda del Tribunal Supremo.
Atrocidades de Mena fueron otros abusos tremendos, como enviar hombres encargados de destruir bienes y propiedades de Alberto. Entre las más dañadas se encuentra un enorme palacete. Para ello se valió del alcalde del pueblo, chantajeándole, haciendo averiguaciones a través del sargento Ruiz, para que lo destruyera. No se libraron tampoco de las salvajadas unas naves industriales. Durante ese periodo Alberto se encontraba en el centro penitenciario. Mientras tanto, Mena hablaba con Conde Pumpido para ponerle al tanto de todos los destrozos. El sargento Ruiz habría recibido por ello 30.000 euros. Posteriormente enviaría a su incondicional “soldado” de vacaciones.
Durante ese periodo Mena escribe una carta a su hija María para comunicarle que se tenía que marchar de España porque la sala segunda estaba a favor de “Expediente Royuela” y que se estaba investigando: “María me sabe mal escribirte, pero no puedo decírtelo cara a cara. He sido diana de un señor, Alberto Royuela, que además posee documentos firmados por mí, donde se describe asesinatos. Su hijo murió de sobredosis. Reconozco que hice algunos asuntos aprovechando mi posición para enriquecerme ilícitamente. Todo lo que cuenta ese señor es falso, han imitado mi caligrafía. De la querella no me preocupo porque me han dicho que se va a archivar, pero sin embargo tengo sobre el tapete 5 amenazas de gente muy poderosa, a la que saqué mucho dinero y me plantan cara. Mi nombre está en entredicho.
Me van a jubilar y me voy con tu madre a vivir a una finca de París, comprada a través de terceros. Por ello te pido me perdones por no hablarlo cara a cara contigo. La carta va con un mensajero, además una llave de una caja de seguridad, con 500.000 euros, para dos o tres años. No me llames, espera que no me avergüence, tu madre no sabe nada.”
Después de escribir a Zapatero y consciente de su cercana jubilación, habló también con Ruiz y Peña a los que comunicaría que todos tenían la necesidad de abandonar el país. En los manuscritos se detalla fecha de todo ello, así como las órdenes para encontrase en un lugar y en un sitio previsto. Como de costumbre todas esas notas enviadas a través de su cartero y después se las devolvían, una vez que Ruiz y Peña leían y firmaban como de costumbre.
También se detallan los domicilios (Francia, Inglaterra…) a los que cada uno se trasladaría, precio de compra y el dinero que le pagaba a cada uno de ellos. Todo ello explicado en notas, que mandaría en manos de “su cartero” a Conde Pumpido.
Lo veía todo perdido, pero a través de Zapatero obtendría la jubilación y ya no sería aforado. Así la sala segunda de la audiencia ya no podría llevar su caso.
Previo a ello le escribiría una carta al gran maestre de España: “Querido gran maestre y hermano, además de nuestra amistad, te pido intercedas por mi persona, ante el presidente Zapatero, debido al problema que me está causando grandes quebraderos de cabeza. Sé que Zapatero pertenece a otra logia, Humanidades, pero tú por tu categoría y posición relevante de logia a logia, le hagas llegar mis temores. Un personaje vinculado a la ultraderecha española Alberto Royuela, ha interpuesto querella contra mi persona ante el Tribunal Supremo, asesinatos, falsedad documental…firmados por mí. Estoy muy preocupado. Villarejo y yo hemos intervenido para que se viera perjudicado en los procedimientos.
Esta campaña se extiende por su familia, su hijo Santiago, tan fascista como él y relacionado con grupos terroristas de la derecha. También está la muerte de su hijo, murió por sobredosis. Le adulteraron la cánula con anfetaminas, heroína pura. El problema es que, el que le suministraba la droga era una guardia civil que tenía relaciones con el que era mi jefe de policía judicial y también guardia civil. Guardaron pruebas que incriminaban a su amigo y Alberto Royuela me acusa a mí de la muerte de su hijo, falseando documentos.
Personalmente puedo decir, que puedes tener la conciencia tranquila para interceder por mí. El hijo era un drogadicto irrecuperable, aunque su padre sostiene lo contrario, tengo informes que acreditan que estuvo ingresado dos veces en el Clínico, una con parada cardiorrespiratoria y otra por sobredosis.”
Señalar por último que Alberto Royuela no le acusa de la muerte de su hijo si no de haberla encubierto.

The Story Behind Any Story: Evolution, Historicity, and Narrative Mapping
Abstract:
"The narratives of the world are numberless"; yet, all stories may be seen as chapters of a single story, the story of universal evolution as uncovered by contemporary science, with processes of human emergence and cultural development as a prominent backdrop to the understanding of any narrative process. Evolutionary approaches to literary and cultural phenomena (as theorized by socio-biologists like E. O. Wilson and by evo-critics like Joseph Carroll in the literary field) have led to a growing awareness that these literary and cultural phenomena are best accounted for within a consilient disciplinary framework. From this consilient standpoint, human modes of communication must be contextualized as situated historical phenomena, and history as such is to be placed within the wider context of the evolution of human societies and of life generally (what is often called "big history", to use David Christian's term). Using the notions of "narrative mapping" and "narrative anchoring", this paper draws from the aforementioned theoretical outlook a series of conclusions relevant to narratology, in particular to the narratological conceptualization of time and temporal schemata, and to the narrative understanding of evolutionary processes. The importance of evolutionary and historicist conceptual frames regarding the production and analysis of narratives is pointed out, and more specifically their significance for an adequate definition of narrative mapping and narrative anchoring. In a nutshell, narrative anchoring is understood here as the intertextual relationship situating a given evolutionary or historical process within the frame of larger evolutionary processes, for instance an individual story as being typical of a given historical process or situation, or as being framed by it; while narrative mapping is conceived as a wider cognitive process whereby a variety of narrative strategies, themselves historically situated, allow subjects to shape or interpret narratives and to anchor them historically or place them with respect to other narratives. A variety of culture-dependent conceptions of big history underpin the production, the reception and the critical analysis of any specific narrative, as well as any narrativizing strategy, in the sense that these conceptions provide both a general ideational background to the experiences depicted in the narratives, and a mental framework in which to situate (e.g. historicize) the narrative genres used in the depiction. Evolutionary theory is itself a major instance of narrative mapping, and its emergent nature is focused in the paper's conclusion. In this light, Herbert Spencer's philosophical work is examined through the lens of its narratological significance, as a major step in the narrativization of science, and in the concomitant development of a scientific narratology.

The Mind, a Room of One's Own: An Epiphanic Moment in Virginia Woolf
This paper examines in detail an epiphanic moment in Virginia
Woolf's 'A Room of One's Own' in the light of George Herbert Mead's
social interactionist theory of the mind and of cognition. The epiphanic
moment is experienced as an unexpected synthesis of multiple identities
and experiences, a conjunction whose very contingency opens up
unforeseen possibilities of creative experience. Creativity, openness,
unexpectedness, complexity—memorable moments that make the most of this
synthesis provide the experience of the subliminal or the unconscious
coming to consciousness, and they tend to return to mind and to become
milestones in personal development, and in the story of one's relation
to oneself. The attention Virginia Woolf pays to the complexity and
density of the moment is a tribute both to the present and to the
mind—if the mind is to be defined, for the sake of this argument, as the
management of emergent complexity, and the present as the locus not
just of reality, but of the mental activity that synthesizes it.

Continúa el misterio que rodea a todo lo relacionado con la prensa y el Expediente Royuela.
